JTS refers to the website JohnnyTwoShoes.com that's owned and operated by Maxwell Scott-Slade and Joshua Scott-Slade.
JTS exists to create free games that are playable on the website JohnnyTwoShoes.com only. All of our games are designed and created by ourselves at JTS and are exclusive to JTS, JTS retains all rights and copyright to the visual elements and programming elements to all of the games hosted on the JTS website.
JTS may licence its games software for a fee, adaptations and alterations can be made to tailor JTS software for these specific requirements but all changes will be made by JTS and original editable files will remain the control of JTS.
Privacy
JTS publishes a list of highscores inside games for competition, in the future these lists may be used to analyse site performance or award users in competitions. All of our scores and personal data (such as name) submitted from flash content is enrypted during transit, although we encrypt our scores we cannot guarantee false scores cannot be posted due to bugs, such is the nature of any software.
Liabilities
JTS cannot and will not take responsibility for any problems that arise from using this website, JTS relies on third party software such as Adobe flash player to be installed on the client machine and cannot accept responsibility for any loss of data or corruption that could occur from using such software.
