JTS refers to the website JohnnyTwoShoes.com

Player refers to the user that has registered with JTS and is logged in to.

Copyrights

JTS exists to create free games that are playable on the website JohnnyTwoShoes.com only. All JTS games are designed and created by JTS and are exclusive to JTS, JTS retains all rights and copyright to the visual elements, auditory elements and programming elements to all of the games hosted on the JTS website unless otherwise stated.

JTS may licence its games software for online/offline use (a licence fee will be charged), adaptations and alterations can be made to tailor JTS software for these specific requirements but all changes will be made by JTS and original editable files will remain the control of JTS.

Privacy

JTS stores user data and in compliance with the “Data Protection Act”. Once logged in to the website with a correct email address and password all information that’s stored about the chosen user account is displayed.

We do not track personal usage of the website except in attempts to breach our site security where a member of staff may terminate or suspend account usage; decisions of account suspension or termination are made on a case by case basis as it currently stands.

We do track anonymous usage of the website in collaboration with Google Analytics, a tool widely adopted to track website usage. Personal account information is never sold to third parties in any situation.

Competition

Points and medals are awarded throughout the JTS website, these do not hold any monetary value and exist purely to measure the success of a player against other players on JTS.

If a competition is held for the player with the most points or medals in a certain time period the award is given based on the players success in comparison to other players not the value of the points or medals awarded. The prize awarded may have monetary value outside of JTS but in no way associates to a value of points or medals inside of JTS.

There is no way to “purchase” points or medals. Points and medals are non transferrable, all efforts are made that players cannot trade or “purchase” points from other players within reasonable measure.

Liabilities

JTS cannot and will not take responsibility for any problems that arise from using this website, JTS relies on third party software such as Adobe flash player to be installed on the client machine and cannot accept responsibility for any loss of data or corruption that could occur from using such software.
