Yes! It is free here! You can do pretty much anything that other people don't care about, but when you get into the things Max was talking about, then that's bad.

People don't want ugly things on websites that they love. Do YOU want to be called horrible things or be shown child porn? I don't know about you, but I sure wouldn't! So we ARE free here, we just have different ways of expressing it. In the US, we are free, up to a point of harming others. I'm sure it is that way or close to it in most other countries.

So don't think that the guidelines are like restrictions, just think of them as ways to make this a better place. (And they were made because of a little war we had before you came)
